Can a verifiable sequence unlock Gaza ceasefire implementation and protect civilians while it proceeds?
The ceasefire that took effect in October 2025 did not end all strikes in Gaza. Türkiye, Egypt and Qatar are trying to advance its implementation. One central dispute concerns the order of Hamas disarmament and Israeli withdrawal, while residents continue to endure military operations around them.
